Tuna, Chilli and Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 x Tin Tuna Drained
  • 150g Cucumber Ribboned
  • 1 x Medium Avocado Roughly Chopped
  • ½ tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Franks Hot Sauce
  • ½ tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
  • ½ Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Calories: 383 kcal
  • Net Carbs: 7.7g
  • Protein: 31.1g
  • Fat: 23.2g

 

Preparation:

- Toss the cucumber in the apple cider vinegar and set aside on your serving plate.
- Lightly mash together the Tuna, Avocado, Olive oil, Lemon juice and Franks hot sauce in a bowl, season to taste, plate with the cucumber and garnish with the dried Chilli flakes.
