Cacao, Coconut & Avocado Smoothie

  • 200ml Coconut Milk
  • ¼ Medium Avocado chopped roughly
  • 10g Cacao Powder
  • 200ml Almond Milk


Nutritional Values:

  • Calories: 243 kcal
  • Net Carbs: 10.4g
  • Protein: 5g
  • Fat: 19.2g



- Add all the ingredients to a bullet/smoothie maker, pulse until the avocado has broken down, then blitz on high speed for 20 seconds.
- If it’s too thick add a little water to loosen and blitz again, repeat until you achieve desired consistency.
